With the expansion of local, national and community radio and the growth of the independent sector, there is a demand to train a new breed of professionals who have the ability to work in various aspects of media and communication. Correct training is vital to secure work opportunities in this sector, which is provided in this course.
Completion of minimum requirements for this short course will result in the issuance of a CityVarsity Certificate of Proficiency. Should a student not have met the minimum requirements but have attended more than 80% of lectures, a CityVarsity Certificate of Attendance will be issued. Certificates are only issued once the balance have been settled in full.This short learning programme is not registered on the NQF and is not credit bearing.
