BACKGROUND

This course is for those who want to learn to perform in front of the camera  and to develop a Film and Television presence. The course also prepares students for auditions in the Film, TV, and Commercial industries.

COURSE OUTLINE

• Method - How to act truthfully moment-to-moment
• Scene Study - How to identify the dramatic beats of the scene and needs of the characters including Script Analysis
• How to build a comprehensive scored script that includes: a character biography, description of the dramatic arc, as well as how environment impacts the character's overall objective.
• IF You Think It The Camera Will See it -  How character and action can be expressed without   words.
• Acting For Camera - How to work in front of the lens, hit marks, use eye lines, and create fresh  performances for every take.
• Audition Techique including Sight- reading.
• Marketing one-self in the Industry.
