Michelle holds a BA in Communication, Honours in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Adult Education from UNISA. Her current research focuses on the impact of outcomes-based assessment practices on adult education in South Africa. |

Kruger, Anita (Academic Manager) Campus: Cape Town
Anita has a varied academic background with a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from UCT and a Bachelor of Arts (Motion Picture Medium) from AFDA. She also completed courses in Television Journalism, Documentary Writing, Basic Editing and Writing for Children. She started her career in the film industry producing and directing magazine inserts. She then joined the commercial service industry as Head of Research at Maximum Films. |

Mungadzi, Shingirai (Financial Manager) Campus: Cape Town
Shingi joined CityVarsity in June 2009 bringing over 16 years’ experience in finance management, control and general business administration. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe and a MBA from Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia. Shingi finds that as a school of media and creative arts, CityVarsity provides a truly dynamic and vibrant environment that is stimulating to work in. |

Engelbrecht, Chanél (Sales Manager) Campus: Cape Town After travelling and living abroad Chanel completed her BEd degree with Distinctions in Psychology and Teaching Practice. She has extensive experience as a Sales Manager and brings that experience along with a passion and understanding of education to the CV team. Her ethos for lifelong learning is leading her to complete studies in Marketing and Industrial Psychology. In addition to her Sales Manager duties, Chanel lecturers theory subjects across departments. She continues to work and study believing the age old anecdote that knowledge truly is power. |

Saban, Sharief (Operations Manager) Campus: Cape Town A technician by trade, Sharief arrived at CityVarsity in 2008 to manage the Gearhouse. In 2010 he was appointed to his current post, which he finds challenging, but exciting at the same time. |
